Columbia Apr 10th, 1893
The Town Council met pursuant to adjournment Mayor C P
Hutchinson presiding. The following Councilmen present:
Willacy, Voland, Sullivan, Bond & Hellenthal.
The minutes of the last meeting read and on motion
approved.
Ordinance #24 known s the "Water Works Ordinance"
taken up and discussed and on motion same was
passed by the Council and approved by the Mayor.
Ordinance #25 "to establish the grade of Columbus St
passed by the Council and approved by the mayor.
Communication from the Puget Sound Pipe Co read
and on motion placed on file.
The petition to grade Columbus St taken up and on
motion same was granted.
Motion made and carried to adjourn to meet
next Monday night at 8 o'clock pm April 17th 1893
