The Town Council met pursuant to adjournment Mayor C P Hutchinson
presiding
The following Councilmen present: Bond, Hellenthal, Willacy,
Voland, and Sullivan
The minutes of the last meeting read and on motion approved.
Moved and carried to take up Ordinance #22, the wame
having been laid on the table on week, and on motion
same was passed by the Council and approved by Mayor.
Ordinance #23 To amend Ordinance #16 relating to the Dog
tax and the Collection thereof, read and on motion
passed by the Council and approved by the Mayor.
Ordinance #24 An ordinance relating to the purchase
from the Columbia Home Co of the Water Works appur-
tainces rights, priveledges and franchises, appertaining therto
belonging to the said Columbia House Co]] and providing
for the amount to be paid for the same and the means
of paying the same, read and on motion rejected.
Motion made and carried that the rate on the above ordinance be
recommended and laid on the table until next meeting.
Motion made and carried to lay the petitions (for the
grading of Columbia St) on the table indefinately.
Motin made and carried to adjourn to meet
next Monday April 3rd
