Columbia March 2nd 1893
Town Council met at the K of P Hall by special appoint-
ment to discuss the Water works system, Mayor C P Hutch-
inson presiding, with the following councilmen present Sullivan,
Bond, Hellenthal, Voland & Willacy
Mr. Edmiston made a proposition in behalf of the
Columbia House Co. to sell the Water system and all
rights connected with the ame, with the priveladge
to run pipes across their acre of land for the sum of
$1250.
After discussion it was moved and carried to lay
the same on the table until next Monday night March 6th
Motion made and carried to adjourne to meet next
Monday night, March 6th 1893
