Columbia February 20th 1893
The Town Council met pursuant to adjournment,
Mayor C P Hutchinson presiding, the following
councilmen were present Bond, Willacy, Hellenthal,
Voland, minutes of the last meeting was read and
on motion approved. Motion established that saloon
license at $400. not carried. Motion made and
carried to establish each saloon license at $500.
and the Attorney instructed to draw an ordinance
to that effect.
Motion made and carried to adjournment Monday, February, 27th, 1893
