I have the honor
to inform you that it
would be of great
convenience to me in
my official capacity
as Commissioner of
Crown Land for the
District of Maranoa
if my letters on
Government Service
were conveyed from
Drayton as far as
Mr. Ewer's Station "Wamboo"
on the Lower Condamine
River by the private
mail established
by Mr. Alford, and

fornight. They would

Eighty miles of my
Head Quarters and
would be conviently
sent for
