Sir,
I do myself the honor to request that I may be Authorised to Deposit the Sum of Three Hundred & Twenty Pounds, under the Provisions of the Smith Clause of the Gov't Notice of 22'd Dec: 1848, so that I may be entitled to obtain passages to this Colony, without any further payment for the number or description of Servants below stated, who will be selected by my Agent in England subject to the approval of the Land or Emigration Commissioners. -
