Mess'rs W & G Leslie paid into this Office on the 27th May last, the sum of three hundred and twenty pounds as the full price of 320 Acres of Land which they were allowed to purchase at "Killarney," in the Darling Downs District, under the Order in Council of 9th March 1847.
This payment was

If it is to be understood by this that the money was remitted in payment for Land already allowed to be purchased & not as a deposit to be afterwards applied to the purchase of Land, it is concluded Mess'rs Leslie will not be considered
