Sir

We do ourselves the honor to request His Excellency the Governors [sic] permission to disburse the funds voted for "Furniture and Utensils" for this Year, in necessary additions and alterations to the interior accommodations of the Court House

The Amount applied for might however be allowed out of the Sum of £12 - £200 Voted for Casual Repairs to Police Buildings beyond the Settled Districts -
