Sir, The sum of £10 voted by the Legislative Council for the year 1851. for Provisions for the Police Establishments of this District having been already expended in rationing Prisoners in Custody in the Watchouse at Gayndah. We do ourselves the honor to

to draw your attention to the Subject, and request that you will have the goodness to inform us out of what fund the accounts to the close of the year for those necessaries are to be paid. 2. We beg that you will forward us the requisite authority for drawing for a further sum of £10; being the amount estimated by as as required to supply the Watchouse during the period specified. 3. We would propose that in the event of there being no other way of meeting this Exigence
