7 50/719 15th Feby 1850 Robt. & Ed Tooth Respecting the application of W B Tooth for Bopple
Sydney Feb 13th 1850 Col Barney
Sir About four or five months since Mr. W. B. Tooth of the firm W. B. Tooth & Co Wide Bay applied to the Government for a licence of a station called "Bopple" regarding which there is some question raised by the Crown Land Officers which remains to be decided whether the land can be leased or not by the Government & which is causing great inconvenience the decision being still held is abeyance & as the above are proprietors of a considerable quantity of stock, which they are anxious to boil down the coming season, which is close at hand, on the station applied for, and any further detention will be of the utmost importance, as they will not be able to carry out the improvements contemplated, we eamestly beg therefore that this matter may be at once decided. We remain Sir Yours very obdtly Robt & Edwn. Tooth
