The Police Magistrate at Moreton Bay to the Honb'le Colonial Secretary, respecting a meeting for the election of Market Commissioners at Brisbane

Sir I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of the 25th: Ulto. No.57/72, informing me that, His Excellency the Governor General, had been pleased to approve of the establishment of a Public Market at Brisbane; and that the number of the Commissioners of management has been fixed at five.
(2) I now do myself the honor, in accordance with the 3rd paragraph of your letters, to establish the names of three gentlemen, who are qualified to act as Scrutineers, at the election
