Sir,

The Accounts which accompanied your letter of the 18th Ultimo No. 50/26 for the passage of the Convict named in the Margin, from Moreton Bay, are herewith returned as being incomplete, inasmuch as the Requisition, the supporting Document is wanting.

I would here observe that all transport should be provided by the Commissariat, and it is suggested that the instructions on this head may be attended to in future -

On the present occasion the intervention of the Commissariat Officer was not obtained, and the consequence has been, that the charge for the above service in a sailing Vessel, has exceeded the Contract Price per Steamer
