No. 1 - Cap. Wickham has
been told, on the suggestion
of the Colonial Treasurer,
not to allow any further
purchases under the order
held by Mr Pettigrew until
further notice.

Under the circumstances
above mentioned the question
arises which is the valid
copy of the order & what course
the Gov't should take in
the case. Perhaps the Law Officers may be consulted?
