I am desired by His Excellency the Governor to acquaint you,
that He is pleased to authorise and require you to prefer an information
in writing, under and in pursuance of the Imperial Act of the 9th and
10th of Her present Majesty, Cap. CIV., intituled, "An Act to amend
"an Act for regulating the Sale of Waste Land belonging to the Crown
"in the Australian Colonies , and to make further provision for the
"management thereof," against ... Michael Costello...

for being in the unlawful occupation of Waste Lands of the Crown, situated
