I have the honor to State for the information of His Excellency The Governor, that a Subpoena has been issued by me for Mr Henry Abbott[,] Clerk of the Bench at Drayton, requiring his attendance as a Witness before the Circuit Court to be holden at Brisbane on Monday the 13th day of May next, to give evidence on behalf of the Crown in the Case named in the Margin.
