building which has hitherto been
used as a quarter for the Commissariat
officer, and is adjoining to that
applied for as sites for Church,
and School -

I am not aware whether it
is likely that this building will be
again required for Ordnance
purposes, - but if not, I cannot
see any objection to its being sold
with the land on which it stands,
and if purchased by the Church
Trustees, the upset price of the
land might be refunded by
the Colonial Government; which
would be equivalent to a grant
of the ground for the purpose named
