That They Were Sentenced
to Transportation for fourteen years on
[underlined] (a charge of harboring) John Walmsly
and other Bushrangers in the vici-
nity of Parramatta --

That they were tried at the
same time and on the same charge
with their Grandfather & Grandmother
Michael O'Brien and Wife with
Whom They were residing at the
time the alleged offences of which
they were Convicted were commuted -
that they were then living under
the protection of the Af'd [Aforesaid] Michael
