The notion of the claims of King and Morris should be more clearly stated. - I do not understand what King means by Back pay due to him. -

Case of Morris - He appears to have been a Seaman on 1/9 per diem, but having had charge of a Vessel at Moretonbay (see latter part Par 6. 31/5637) claims the pay as Master viz 2/9- Can this Case be now settled? - King's requires further explanation on above -
