The Repairs &c of HM Colonial Brig Governor Phillip, being nearly completed I have honor to Report to you for the information of His Excellency the Governor, that She will be ready for any Service She may be required on Wednesday next the 17th Instant, (50) Fifty Prisoners can be forwarded on her to any of the out Settlements if necessary.
