Sir,

I have the honor of herewith transmitting to you, for the information of His Excellency the Governor the Manifests in duplicate of the Cargo on board HM Col'l Barque Lucy Ann, for the Settlements at Port Macquarie and Moreton Bay respectively. In doing which I beg to acquaint you that she is now ready to receive the Troops and Prisoners that are to proceed on her: and that on their having embarked, She will then only wait your orders to proceed on the Voyage.
