In reference to your letter of the 12th ultimo, No 50/503 wherein you state that not having received a reply to your letter of the 9th May last No 50/278. respecting the boundaries of the Township of Ipswich you are directed by His Excellency the Governor to draw my attention thereto and to request an early answer: I have the honor to state that Mr Assistant Sur= veyor Warner has been duly in= structed in the matter and I should most likely have re= ceived the requisite descrip= tion of the boundaries of the Town had it not been for the illness of Mr Warner, who how= ever has now been desired to hasten
