go. I had planned on going home, but I guess I may as well go. I had a lot of sewing to do.

They moved from here last Saturday, I don't know whether I told you previously, but we are definitely not going. If we out of our office went. There are still seventeen here & I believe more are coming. We are now 5th Air Force, Air Service Command, Production Control Section. What a mouthful. For all this darling I would still like to be in the services but don't worry I wont enlist [again] till I see you again.

Alan will you be down next March ? Tell me honestly what you think. Because if you won't I would really like to enlist again. You see it might go on for years again before I see you & if that were the case, it wouldn't be hurting either of us if I was in the service. I am feeling a lot happen down here now & I am earning £9 a fortnight but the worry with the shopping, coupons etc. & the price of clothes & the rubbish they will sell you, you are practically as well off in the service. I never touch the money I have in the Bank, I too am trying to save all I earn. After I have bought up my summer clothes. I will be able to bank some every week. I thought I would be better off staying in town but I pay 25/- for a bed & breakfast & by the time I buy meals during the day it costs too much. Unless I can cut down this month, or get full board. I will go down home again. You see you can't get a meal at night under 2/-, its costing me nearly £4 a fortnight to live & that is just throwing money away
