MEMORANDUM FOR AGREEMENT WITH BISHOP GREEN.

The University will lend Bishop Green $2500.00 which he will use in connection with his purchase of the Green property, taking his note for the said amount, and the note bearing interest. The University to have [?] option of the property for three years, paying nine months rent at the rate of $35.00 per month. The University to make improvements on the property, such as puttin in new bath room and other necessary improvements; and turn the property over to Bishop Green in as good condition as when received. It will be the intention of the University to keep a matron in the building.
