the same tract or parcel of land now
being cultivated by the said Leonidas
& A H Polk as a Cotton plantation, to
gether with all the appurtenances and
improvements thereto belonging, and
the said parties of the first part do for
the consideration aforesaid further bargain
sell and deliver unto the said party of the
second part the following negro slaves now
on said plantations viz, Ivey aged about forty
