Oberammergau is where the Passion Play depicting the life of Christ is given every ten years. Anton Lang is one of the notable actors who played the part of the Christ for many years. The little silver medallion with his autograph on the back was given to camp by Mrs. John M. Holmes, who stayed in the home of Anton Lang when she visited Oberammergau and saw the Passion Play in 1922.
