says; corroborates testimony and findings
of bodies of Mr. Millam Hellams
and Mrs. Kate Hellams as made by
Mr. Butler

Jas. E. Roper being duly sworn says;
Being summonded to home of Mr.
Millam Hellams he found on
entering room Mr. Milliam Hellams
dead also Mrs. Kate Hellams dead.

pocket with handle of same out.

On September 6, 1917 about noon I
was called to examine the dead bodies
of Mr. and Mrs. Millam Hellams. I
found a gun shot wound entering
Mr. Hellams head about 2 inches
above the right eye which was
sufficient to cause death. I also found
gun shot wound entering Mrs.
Hellams head 2 inches above the
right ear passing through the head
making its exit about 2 inches above
the left ear. causing her Death.
