Dr CE Rogers Sworn Says
that he was called to atend [attend] the deceased
Thadius Cooper about 2 Oclock on the
27 Feb when I arived [arrived] I found him
dead I found a gun shot wound that
entered about 1 1/2 inches above the left
eye and emerged about 2 inches father [farther]
up on the head the ball penetrated the
brain and he died from concussion
shock and hemerrhage [hemorrhage] in the brain
the shot was fired at close range
as evidenced by the powder burns
on the face Feb 28 1912
