I examind body as instructed
by the Coroner and I found five
pistol wounds made by four shots
one in right fore arme just below
elbo two right hip on above right
hip and coming out above left
hip bone this the 4th Shot caused
death by Cuting the right comon
Iliac artery death resulted by
hemrage aslo scalp would on
back of head caused by fall
