Witness Inquest Fannie Tinsley
Conway Wilson being Sworn Says
that on 20th Sept 1908 I was at Cad Wilsons
house on Mer H T Blakeleys place
Fannie Tinsley was in the house and
got the gun I tried to get her to put it
down and she would not do it She
Said I could not make her do nothing
and I got the baby & carrie on out
in the shed and directly I heard the
shoot and heard her fall and I went
in the room and picked up the gun
and Stood it in the corner and took
the Baby and went to Rich Kenedys
I am 11 years old

Rich Kenedy being Sworn says
when I came and went in the room
I did not see any one but Conway
Wilson told me to go in Store room
I went in and found Fannie Tinsley
lying on the floor I told my wife
not to go to her to let her alone and
I would go to Rob Cokrrom and get
some one to come down here Bole
was not at home but his wife came
I came on back & my wife said she
was still living and I went to Mer
J T Blakeleys to see about getting a Dr
he told me to go and get a Doctor
Conway comes to my house and told
[?] Fannie was shot & that she had
shot herself I told him to come on
and we would go and see about her
