Franks House Jim had a peice of iron
in his hand I saw him make no attempt
to strike Frank did not hear him make
any threats [?] I heard Frank snap the pistol
and time before he shot once

Miller shot Jim Wilson I was standing
in Franks yard Jim Waslon walked up
with an Iron Poker in his hand

and Jim Wilson come up with a iron
poker in his hand it came from my
house Jim was crusing Frank and
Frank ordered him to hush when he
continued to curse Frank snaped his pistol
at Jim & then shot him once
Jim ran off & fill there was no
drinking
