SEC. 8. The city of Greenville shall have the privilege
of purchasing the works and all the property pertaining
thereto at the expiration of three, five and ten years
from the passage of this Ordinance by giving at least six
months previous notice to the Water Company of their
intent to do so, and in event of such sale the city shall
purchase the said works subject to the mortgage bonds
issued: the said Company agreeing that the issue of bonds
