I have to inform you that it is
not considered desirable, private
and public accounts should be
kept in the same Bank, it would
therefore be as well if you removed
your private account to some
other Bank. To save trouble
the salaries &c of each District
are paid monthly to the credit
of the Clerks of Petty Sessions in
the Union Bank (Public Account)
each Clerk of Petty Sessions can
then of course transfer his sala-
ry by means of a cheque, to any
Bank he wishes.

Forms will be forwarded
as soon as the Printer supplies
them
