I have the honor most respecfully to solicit
an opinion in the following case, which
I will submit to the Bench of Magistrates
at the next sitting.

One John Tregilgus was an
Applicant on the 17th Inst. for

being opposed by the District Constable
on the grounds that there was not
sufficient acccommodation as required
by Act 13 Vic No.29 and also being
convicted for keeping a disorderly
house, the license was refused.

Having seen in the Public
Press of New South Wales a Judge's
opinion as to whether a Publican

an Annual Licensing Meeting,
could have another application
entertained before the date
appointed for the Meeting, to receive
applications for General Licenses
