We have the honor to inform
you that we have in accordance
with an advertisement in the
Government Gazette of this Colony
sent in to the Lands
commissioner here certain
on behalf of Messrs S. & W. Davidson of Cunning Downs
tenders /\ for Runs in the recently
proclaimed district of Kennedy
but as the Separation of Queensland
has taken place since that notice
we deem it due to our constituents
intrested in the said Runs to inform
you thereof , and to say that we
have requested the Commissioner
to forward the tenders to you
