"Every student shall give regular attendance at
his Clsses.~

"All students in Arts and Theology shall
"regularly attend Morning Prayers in the convocation-
"Hall, except in cases where exception
"has been granted by the Senate.

"Students shall regularly attend divine service
"in the Churches to which they belong.

"Cases of an urgent or peculiar nature in
"regard to attendance or absence may be adjudged
"upon by the Senate, according to the circumstances
"of each case.

"Students receiving Scholarships or Bursaries
"shall subscribe to a declaration of their intention to
"proceed to a degree in the University.

Discipline

"Insubordination, immoral conduct
"either in or out of College, gross neglect
"of study, refusal to perform the appointed
"Exercises, and all offences of a similar
"Kind, shall render a student liable to the
"infliction of a punishment proportionate
"to the offense.

"The penalties by means of which the
"Senate may enforce the Regulations,
"shall be as follows:—

"[underscore]First[/underscore]. Fines not exceeding in any one
case Five pounds, to be paid into the
"College Fund.

"offending shall be incapable of receiving
"a Degree.
