FOR A MARRIAGE WITHOUT BANNS.

These are to Certify that Sebastian Fryfogel of The Township
of Turnberry, Bachelor and Jessie Small of the village
of Hanover, in the County of Bruce, Spinster being minded as it is said, to enter into the
Contract of Marriage and being desirous of having the same duly solemnized, the said Sebastian Fryfogel
has made oath that he believes there is no affinity, consanguinity, precontract or any other lawful or legal impediment, to bar or
hinder the solemnization of the said Marriage, and having also otherwise made oath as required by law.

These are therefore to Certify that the requirements of the Act respecting the solemnization of Marriages have been complied with.

GIVEN under my hand and seal, at Teeswater this First day of January
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy-eight and in the forty first year of Her
Majesty's reign.

ISSUED from the Office of the Provincial Secretary for
the Province of Ontario this First
day of February 1877.
