September 7th 1896 and the Mayor be authorized to pay all salaries and
accounts properly certified by the Chairman and City Engineer of the different
committees.

and the mover be a committee to confer with G. Hayes Manager Grand Trunk

Ordered, That the Board of Works have power to act on all matters referred
to the Board up to this date 29th June.
