Ald Wright introduced a By-Law to appoint
Deputy Returning Officers & places for holding
the next ensuing Municipal Elections for the
City of Kingston & for holding the Election for
the Office of Public School Trustee in several
Wards of said City which was read a first
second & third time respectively passed & signed
by the Mayor.

Council adjourned at 10.30 P.M.
