The Council resumed.

The committee rose and the Chairman reported the second reading of the
By Law clause by clause - The Report was received.

The 30th Rule being again suspended the By Law was read a third time
and passed.

Livingston, Minnes, Richardson, C. Robinson, Ryan, Stewart, Tait, Taylor,
Toye, Wright - 16

Nays: none.

Ald Carson introduced "A By Law to authorize the construction of a
common sewer in a part of Queen Street from a point opposite the Westerly limit of lot
No 374 on the north side of Queen Street thence easterly to connect with the tile sewer on Barrie
Street in the City of Kingston as a Local Improvement under the provisions of the Municipal
Act on that behalf which was read a first time.

The 30th Rule was suspended and the Council went into committee of the
whole on the second reading.
