It was Resolved that Mayor Skinner and Allen, Livingston, Walkem and
Minnes be a committee to have a photograph of the members of the City Council taken.

Ald Ryan from the Committee on Finance and accounts brought up Reports
(Numbers 165 &166 Book H.) which were read and adopted.

Ald Carson submitted the Report of the City Engineer re supplimentary [supplementary]
assessment on Union Street and O'Kill Street drains.

On motion of Ald Carson seconded by Ald Walkem
Ordered that the supplementary assessment for the Local Improvement
sewers in Union Street and in O'Kill Street as mentioned in the Report of the City
Engineer of this date be authorized by this Council and that a Court of Revision be
called for the same.

The Chairman from the Board of Works brought up Report (Number
168 Book H.) which was read.

On motion of Ald Carson seconded by Ald Minnes
Ordered, That the Report of the Board of Works be received and adopted.

In amendment

Ald C. Robinson moves seconded by Ald Tait
That clause one of the Board of Works Report be struck out which being put
was lost.

The yeas & nays were then taken on the original motion which was carried.

Yeas: Mayor Skinner, Aldn Allen, Donnelly, Elliott, Johns, Kent,
Livingston, Minnes, Mooers, Richardson, Ryan, Stewart, Toye,
Walkem, Wright - 15.

Nays: Aldn Carson, C. Robinson, Tait, Taylor - 4.

The Chairman from the Water Works Committee brought up
Report (Number 169 Book H.) which was read and adopted.

The Chairman from the Committee on Fire, Water and Light
brought [up] Report (Number 170 Book H.) which was read and adopted.

The Chairman from the Committee on City Property and Markets
brought up Report (Number 171 Book H.) which was read and adopted.

The Chairman from the Committee on Parks brought up Report
(Number 172 Book H.) which was read.

Ald Allen moves seconded by Ald C. Robinson
That the Report of the Committee on Parks be received and
adopted.
