The Committee rose and The Chairman reported the second reading
of the By Law clause by clause.

The Report was received.

The 30th Rule being suspended the By Law was read a third time and
passed.

On motion of Ald Ryan seconded by Ald Richardson
Ordered that the Thanks of this Council be tendered to Mr. E.J.B.Pense
for his kindness in accompanying the Committee of this Council which recently
interviewed the Government at Ottawa.

On motion the Council Adjourned.

Re Kingston and Pembroke Railway Co. - Referred to the Committee on Finance.
