the construction of an asphalt sidewalk on a part of Johnston Street in the City of Kingston
as a local improvement under the provisions of the Municipal Act in that behalf"
which was read a first time.
The Council went into Committee of the whole on the second reading.
Ald Behan in the Chair.
The Council resumed.
The Committee rose and the Chairman reported the second reading of the By Law clause
by clause. The Report was received.
The By Law was read a third time and passed.
