THE BLACKS AGAIN.—We are sorry to say that the blacks have commenced spearing horses on Dotswood. Mr. Costin left a valuable side saddle horse at the Eureka Hotel a few days ago, which was speared through the heart, in the head, and other parts of the body. Mr. Ross also had a chesnut [sic] mare badly wounded.
