My dear mother
last night was the
first of a course of lectures at the
Fem Sem upon Athens. It was not
remarkably entertaining. There
are some pcitures on exhibition
now at the Fem Sem and miss
McKeens asked twenty boys from
the Academy to come over and
see them For some reason or
other she asked me among the
rest which is very nice. The
Phillipian is nice this time but
