Andover Mass.

Dear Mother
I snatch my pen to write you a
few lines before prayer time. I am not able
to write more becuase yesterday (Wednesday)
Dr Taylor instead of our mathematics lesson
assigned us a long Latin one which of course
to up my time for writing besides we have
to attend Speaking Ex now from which we were
excused last term which takes dishes
tomorrow afternoon. I shall write Mr
Kitchel as soon as I have lessons + think
I can meet you in New York on Wed.
night Mar 28 to at 11 1/2 P.M. if not sooner.
I am well + take the medicine regularly
My eyes are still uncomfortably weak but
when I return you can judge for yourself. We
are now reviewing preparatory to examination
+ consequently have very long lessons. Rec'd
letter from R Adams a few days ago
Yours in haste
Norman
