Andover May 13 1819 Recd of Mr Ezra Abbot one hundred and Sixty three Dollars and Sixty seven cents It eing the Money Recevd of Jeremiah Nelson for me at the United States Loan Office Moses Abbot Jnr

Mr. Abbot

I received A letter from you in which you reminded me of a shovle and frailstaff but I can tel you that will hurt your back worse than ever A of a shovle or a frailstaff did I hear theare is a wedding on foot and I have not concluded to go and the reson is because I have not had an invitation I would not have you think that i am affrunted about it for theare is none of my aquaintence or connection agoing I suppose you know I understand theare is one mr Osgood agoing but Mrs Forkstaff is not agoing

theare you may expect that I shall veset her next fryday knight which will be the 29 of this month. but lest I should weary you with my folly I must subscribe my self your friend A.A.

PS Sir if you will cast this letter into the fire before you have half redit and write one to me as soon as you can I should be much obloyged to you mr Ezra Abbot Munday Tuesday knight
