Thursday, September 25, 1919

A good day. Jim and Owen
went to Gretna with the tobacco
today. Ben went to Gretna
with the car. He bough
roofing for the hen houses.

Carrie spent the day with Josie.

Lee Brumfield and I went
to the river. Lee caught one
fish. I did not catch any
thing. I was glad to go
with him. I bought 10 pounds of
sugar from Oscar Booker.
I stopped at Mr Dillards
while Lee & Dillard gathered
some chinquapins.

Marvin went to Danville
today. Reese went with him.
