A good day. We all staid at
home all day. Mrs Car
& Mr Hobson is here yet.
We cooked turnip salit
and fried two chickens
for dinner. No one come
to see us.

Don't know any thing to write.
I talked with Grace
Brumfield to night. Did not
hear anything new worth
writing. Elsie was to see
them today. Jack Harvey
is at home to night.
