A good day. Jim worked on the
tobacco most of the day. Ben staid
at Renan all day as one of the
judges of the election. He has just
come home.

Mary & Fanny has gone to Lee
Brumfields and Edwin went two.
They will come home to night.

Josie got dinner. Mary &
Fannie washed dishes after
dinner. I picked a few beans
and cut a few cucumbers
and gathered some tomatoes.
Then I went to Marvins
a few minutes. Carrie
was fixin tomatoes to can.
I helped her peel some
tomatoes.
