A rainy day. Ben and
Owen fired tobacco all day.
Josie had a hurting in her
back
and was not able to work
this morning. Was some better off
this evening and made some
sweetmeats and pickle.

I got dinner and then went
to see Carrie a while.

I am so sorry for Ben tonight.
It is raining so hard and
he is at the barn.
